Virulent is an AI-powered social media management and virality optimization platform for content creators. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze content, generate posting recommendations, publish content to third-party platforms, and provide performance analytics.

The Service is currently in private beta. Features, availability, and functionality may change at any time without notice.

The Service connects to third-party social media platforms including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X (Twitter) on your behalf. By connecting your accounts, you authorize the Service to access and publish content to those platforms in accordance with your instructions.

You remain solely responsible for compliance with each third-party platform's terms of service, community guidelines, and content policies. Virulent does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party platforms and is not responsible for any changes to their APIs, policies, or availability.

You retain all ownership rights to content you upload, submit, or create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant Virulent a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and publish your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Virulent does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content recommendations will achieve specific results including follower growth, engagement, or virality. AI-generated recommendations are suggestions only and do not constitute professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sneha Nagpaul and Virulent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
